I can make with and without SPH, depending on your need. I've made these originally without as they were only meant for snuggling, and dressing up. – I hope you are able to get one in the future, one that can be our house mate when you move out :3

Not exactly. Both are just regular outfits. Demonstrating that she can wear different outfits. She might not go barefoot outdoors and only does that indoors.

Oh ok. Nether viewed her as a tomboy so when not involved in farm work (rugged and injury prone and gives one the "tough" look) and has been shown in the series as quite feminine as well. Yeah still advisable where she lives (my dad has the scars too prove it!) being a farm but the indoors is wise for preventing athletes foot.
By the way I'm mostly joking around.

Yeah, Scoots is the tomboy and Sweetie is the "girly" one, she is one can say neutral but fully secure about herself in that respect.
By the way I'd say this is non-working attire and she'd probably be just at ease in more masculine gear doing that, I'd say it's no big deal too her. Farm work is rough, dirty and quite dangerous work.
As for the remark of not going outside bare foot, I'd guess she'd have simple sneakers or sandals with this and boots of some sort (hiking or rubber) with the work gear?

I don't see the need of Apple Bloom to be neutral, she can be feminine too. I also wouldn't call working gear as masculine, but rather proper working gear. All the ponies have shown they take safety gears seriously, except Rarity of course. So Apple Bloom can wear pink cute clothes as her everyday clothes; dresses, skirts and that.

Yikes I came by this again by mistake and wow I overthought it! Neutral, I guess I meant she doesn't take a strong stance anyway and is who she is. And this is an apple orchard, they are usually harvested in summer and I can assure you the only bad part of such work is the heat, sun and sweat and the only real risks are underfoot and vehicles, she'd be fine in just this gear (more likely the right though)!
Sorry, I thought I was stupid.

It's fine, this is all mostly speculations anyway. The ponies don't wear clothes normally, so it'll be hard to determine. It's also good to not fall into misconceptions/clichés; you don't always need two poles and a neutral; Apple Bloom doesn't have to be neural just because the other two is more feminine and a tomboy.

That's cool. Scootaloo is a tomboy for the most part and Sweetie Belle is well the oppersite but they are not hardcore and natural about it (RD and Rarity are more hardcore) Bloom is just chilled and they are all quite easy going. But yeah I could see her like this or in jeans and a hoodie for example and it'll be no different, just Apple Bloom. And Orchards are the least brutal farms, she could easily work in one on the right with ease (with her feet protected!), can see her in town or celebrating the family reunion in the left!
Overthinking again!
