Heh, I liked the way the girl turned out. However, I am not happy with the background, but that's because I suck at BGs.

I think this turned out very well, and is a wonderful piece made with traditional methods.
I see you're a new account. Welcome to InkBunny!

No worries! InkBunny has artists of ALL levels. VERY friendly community. Some of your Favourite artists sometimes even live-stream their works on various streaming sites. I've even seen one artist live-show his traditional drawing into a paper booklet which he plans on auctioning one day (professional guy named Ratcha).
We have animators, writers, musicians, drawing artists (both traditional and digital), and LOADS of watchers.
Hope to see more work in the future.

Heh, thank you! I look forward to meeting a bunch of new friends here! I have always been jealous of digital artists ability to live stream, and I knew there was a camera mounted way for traditional artists to do it, I just can't manage it. Yet, anyway. Maybe someday.
Anyway I joined InkBunny to meet people and make friends, my daughter wants me to get Amino for that purpose, but I am limited to a lap top for now.

Best way to meet friends is to look for the art you love the best, so you can hook up with the right people who have the same outlook and interests as you. The Furry community is vast and diverse, and you can't expect to make friends with EVERYONE you come across.
Just be honest to yourself and stick to the art that you prefer. Start talking to the artists, give them useful feedback on their work, start watching them so you can see journal and art updates, and over time you'll be one of those regular fans who the artist might actually start to open up to and talk with, especially if THEY stream while they work.
Good luck on your new home!
