Character Sheet for Cassandra Towers
33 (roughly 25 in Earth years)
Cassandra is a space traveler from the planet Ariasae, exploring the universe and seeking out new life to bring into the intergalactic community. She has a strong sense of morality and a desire to learn new things. She also absolutely loves Batman and basically any superhero comic, and may or may not have learned english partially through reading it.
Cass is friendly and eager to learn, seeking out new information and how to do new things all the time. She's a rather intellectual sort of girl, with an emphasis on logical decisions over emotional ones (though she's no Vulcan), and a knack for learning new things quickly. However, she does have a tendency to almost blindly follow her friends, unless what they're doing is something notably wrong or out of character.
-The people she meets on her journeys
-Being held back by higher-ups when she knows the right decision
Ever since she was a hatchling, Cassandra has always looked to the stars. Space was such a fascinating thing, with endless worlds and stars reaching out in all directions, just waiting for someone to see them. So as she grew up, she focused all of her efforts on being able to travel to space, to see the sprawling universe before her, just out of reach.
Eventually, she managed to graduate at the top of her class at one of the best academies on the planet, and received a ship all her own: The Moonlight Runner. Finally, she could see the universe around her, and seek out life and wonders like nothing she'd ever seen before!
And that's exactly what she did.
Cass spent the next several years traveling across space, seeing the vast forests of Ikasad IV, the endless oceans of Soneako, the incredible migrating Senich Birds of Adaiped. Everywhere she went she found something new and amazing.
And then she found Earth.
Finally, she had come across what was clearly sentient life. Sentient alien species were by no means unfamiliar to her, but no other Lizan had ever come across these beings. So she began intercepting data received from the planet below, studying everything she could, especially the most prominent language of English, so that she could effectively communicate when the time came. She even studied various things related to culture, such as films and comics. And oh boy did she love the comics.
Finally she came down to Earth, and began to wander the streets. Some people were scared, which she understood, but many were interested. They came to speak to her, to learn more, and she wanted to learn in return.
Eventually she somehow found herself holding a position on the local superhero team, seeking to prove her goodness and get the humans to trust her people by acting the role of The Tower, a technology-based hero (using equipment on her ship mostly) with a knack for keeping a calm head during rough situations. Plus it gave her access to the local currency, which she used to buy, ah, important things to send back to her own people to study and learn from, and definitely not a collection of Batman posters and a sweatshirt with his logo on it.
Regardless, that is where she stays now, aiding those around her and learning everything she can, so that when the time comes, humans and lizans will be ready to get along and work together.
Born and raised on Ariasae, home planet of the Lizans. It's primarily a desert-like planet, but there's still a moderate number of biomes across the surface. Technology is advanced, especially in the medical field, and space travel is about as common as riding an airplane, though training is needed to become a pilot yourself. Is no stranger to non-Lizan species visiting and staying.
Currently lives on Earth, though a variant with more advanced technology (not incredibly so, but it's there) and superheroes, due to some event in the world's history. It's definitely not uncommon for a human to have superpowers.
Standing at roughly 7'5, Cassandra is slightly short for a female of her species. Her body is covered in thick blue scales with orange patterns across her back and head. Her eyes have orange sclera and blue iris', and slitted pupils. She has a long, thick tail to aid her in balance and digitigrade feet. She is able to scale walls with her hands and feet, much like many Earth lizards. She also has no breasts, due to being a reptile. Just a pair of well defined pecs.
Typically wears a skintight (scaletight?) spacesuit with a toolbelt, which she has modified in recent times to have more padding and space for holding devices. She also has a visor (modified to look like a hero mask) which aids her in combat and exploration, acting as a scanner and small, but advanced computer to help her calculate various things like trajectory or aim. In addition, her boots act as rocket packs, allowing her temporary flight across short distances.
More casually, she is often seen wearing a baggy Batman hoodie (it was the only one long enough) and a pair of custom jeans. Underneath the hoodie, she also wears an emerald necklace that someone gave to her as a reward for saving their shop.
Visor - aids in combat and exploration and acts as a computer/advisor. Supplementary to her role as a hero and explorer.
Necklace - Reward for saving a jewelry shop. She tried to deny it but the owner wouldn't let her.
