This is Salsa Dratendra. Mildra's daughter and one of the saviors of Domekoya City from the Intruders. I drew her in a similar pose a long (LONG) time ago, but wanted to redraw her in my more modern style and help solidify some concepts about her. Like Lucky Canino, she has metallic limbs caused by the same attack. An intruder rammed them from the right side as they were riding a bike through the city, breaking their arm and leg. Salsa took a more direct hit on her arm and had it almost completely replaced, but her leg just has a cast for the most part. They were both paralyzed otherwise. Though the Koyas seemed to suffer and sacrifice a lot for the sake of the city, it was the first step towards showing the will that Starmaninjians have to overcome adversity.
1. The old drawing had her stealing diamonds from Domekoya City's museums to return to Minnie's mine. Though the beta Intruders were the cause of the theft anyway. The old story was mostly scrapped though and Salsa's personality was changed to be less serious and more playful and hyperactive, more fitting for a Koya.
2. Salsa and Dialacia are the only two Koyas so far to have a wide tail. This is kind of because Salsa is part Koya thanks to her mother's genes, but the other half of her isn't really clear.
3. Salsa is called "Salsa" cause of her fur color. I couldn't think of a better name so it just stuck. Though her new personality matches her name a bit more as she is quite spicy.
