Hawgtie is a Porcinoid, a pig-like humanoid species. He’s the onlyone in the series but there must be more.He lives in the 23rd century on a desert planetary system called New Texas, orbiting 3 suns and far away from Earth. The chief export is Kerium: a red mineral used as a fuel source, and they Tex Hex and his gang fight for it against Bravestarr. At one point Tex Hex crashed his spaceship and was revived and given magical powers. Hawgtie is part of his gang. But he does plead guilty for Tex in one episode.
Hawgtie is very strong and he uses bolas (a type of throwing weapon made of weights on the ends of interconnected cords) to capture or bind his victims.
