This is a drawing of Sylvia and her daughter Kiara making up after the tense final moments of Kiara's avatar's life. Here Kiara's explaining to Sylvia that she doesn't have to live with guilt or pain on her mind since she's living in the world her daughters created, meaning they're more than fine. They're in control. This is the point where Sylvia finally feels the cage around her heart break and can go back to being the confident and somewhat sultry Ratzu she was known for by her sisters.
Though Kiara's avatar, Kia Stealthinja, was killed off at this point, that just gives Kiara a reason to be herself since she no longer feels the disguise is necessary to tie up all the loose ends of what really happened to her father and what her own powers mean. Sylvia, by contrast, fully adopts the name Luna Polaris while in her daughters' world and only refers to herself as Sylvia to those in the Ratzu Realm, effectively trading in her goddess status to be a Starmaninjian, like the Ratzus ultimately were going to do anyway.

Trivia:
1. This drawing was made thanks to a dream I had showing the two having a moment.
2. Little fun fact reminder: Kiara and Siberia are twins, but Kiara is an adult by this point in the story, Siberia is still a child. This is because Kiara spent most of her time as Kia in Starmaninja and lived a good 20+ years on top of her years as a Wolf and in the Ratzu realm. Siberia only visited Starmaninja herself a few times (usually as Fang to be a caretaker for Kao), but as such, only aged a few years. Time in Starmaninja moves at a different speed since it's based on plots Siberia came up with as she built the world, meaning there were a lot of time skips that those in the world actually lived out. When the story ends, the times sync up so they flow at the exact same rate.
3. It's hard to see, but Kiara has faint wings on her back. She gave herself those as a reminder that she had to tell Wolfen the truth of what she is, and to keep her disguise to the rest of the Starmaninjians evident, as to them, she looks like a Guardian Angel, the dead spirit of Kia Stealthinja watching over her son. To her, they're purely aesthetic, but she likes them none the less.
4. Speaking of appearances, she has her hair grown out for the same reason, cause of Kia's design having longer hair and Kao Ninjaratzu's as well. But she happens to like the style a lot anyway and opts to keep it by default.
5. This image isn't colored, but she does have the red blood stains on her muzzle, chest, soles and palms as Kiara, where she didn't as Kia and she retains her midnight black fur, but her hair turns purple like Kia's and Kao's instead of hot pink like it used to be.
