X is for Xerus. They say female African ground squirrels have a strange fascination with bratwurst. Go figure.
Ah, the ever reliable Cape ground squirrel and its relatives. Off the top of my head, I can think of only two: X-rating Xerus of Sweet Pickles and Saint Ungo.
