I love the fact you added webs on him, that detail may be one of the reasons why his appearance in Spider-man 3 was hated but i persobally liked it, since I've always seen Venom as the ''evil'' version of Spider-man i tought was the perfect add on to complete representation of the evil version of the hero

Well, it depends on which story line the Venom symbiote is from! If the symbiote attached to Spider Man first, it takes the appearance of it's first host (which would be Spider Man in this case), having the webs incorporated into his design! In the Venom movie (which I personally loved!), the webbing isn't present due to him having never come into contact with Spider Man!
Overall, I think it's much more fair to categorize Venom as an Anti-Hero than a Villain, due to the fact that (almost) every story line, and comic series have him working alongside Spider Man (or often the Punisher). He's more of a antagonizing friend than a hardcore enemy to Spider Man after they more or less came to the conclusion that neither of them was going to be able to finish off the other!
You should check out the Venom : Lethal Protector comic series! It's FANTASTIC!
