Presenting my new character Axis the Tiger, he is a young white tiger, a martial arts master and a novice magic user.
Bio: Axis comes from a small village unknown to most people, he has lived all his life in that village and there he learned several fighting styles as well as the mystic arts, he has now left to travel across the world, to explore all kinds of exciting places and to help anyone in need during his journey.
Powers and Abilities: He is very fast and a very skilled fighter, his use of magic is very limited however. Using his mystic arts Axis can surround his fists, feet or any part of his body in a crimson aura which empowers them and allows him to break even rock and metal with his attacks, Axis can also shoot blasts of energy from his hands and he can completely restore his health or someone else's once per day using his magic, furthermore he can restore his health and magic slowly by meditating. The mysterious gem on his necklace boosts his mystic arts abilities, without it his magic is very limited.
Personality: Most of the time Axis is energetic and easy-going, he is easily impressed since he is still young and just left his hometown for the first time, he has a strong moral sense and helps out anyone in need, he has a sharp sense of humor and overall playful attitude. Axis loves to explore, loves to fight (either in serious or friendly manners) and loves to put himself in dangerous situations even if they put his life at risk, which is something he is afraid to admit.
Age: Axis is 3 years younger than Sonic, he is the same age as Amy Rose.
Style: If it wasn't obvious already Axis is a Sonic fan character, the second pic is a size comparison between him, Raw Edge and Sonic the Hedgehog. I tried to draw Axis as close to the official Sega art as possible, next time I draw him it will be in my own style though, which will feature different proportions and more defined musculature.
Inspirations: Some inspirations for my character include Jian the Tiger (Sonic Archie Comics), Iron Fist (Marvel Comics) and Link (The Legend of Zelda).

Any chance you'd mind if I redid this image? It'd only be a scanned image right now, seeing as I don't have Photoshop or my old tablet anymore, but if everything works out in the next month, I'll have everything again and do it in full CG too. I like the design, but I wanna' see what I can do with the character. You'd be fully credited, of course. And it would only be uploaded on my page here.
