Personality
Snarky, sarcastic and generally a grump. He only smiles around Peppermint and maybe her companions. He hates fighting and tends to stay back.

Likes: Reading, finding new gadgets to play with and arguing with Peppermint
Dislikes: Everyone outside their group, danger and being caught
Background/History
Bugbreath (not his real name) is a post war changeling. He wasn't around when the bombs fell but his egg somehow survived the attack. He is, by definition, a wastelander. However, he has learned that changelings are not very well liked. In fact, they are often confused for ghouls for some reason and he has taken to distrusting ponies on principal and rarely shows his true form.
That is, until he met Peppermint Swirl. Or to be exact, tried to rob her. Big mistake on his part, because despite his natural ability to disguise himself, she quite literally sniffed him out in a crowd and caught him. And to make matters worse, she put a slave collar on him, binding him to her for as long as she lives. As such, their relationship is... shaky at best. Not to mention her nickname for him. Granted, it was partly his fault for refusing to tell her and letting her decide his name for him but still. Bugbreath!? What kind of name was that?!
The only positive part of their relationship is her treatment of him. While she certainly isn't gentle (she loves dragging him around the wastes when she sees something that could possibly kill her but still runs toward because it might be 'fun'), she does protect him with a fevor he had never experienced before. "She says it's because 'he belongs her' but he can't help but like being able to sleep with the assurance than no one can touch him. Plus, she lets him stay in his natural form, 'stating that she hates how he smells when he transforms. And lastly, she feeds him the sweetest love he thought he'd find in the wasteland. Her undying love for her brother. While its hard to tell whether her love is purely familial or just incredibly dependent, He is never hungry with her around.
Plus is a load of fun to hang out with.
