Exactly! She may dress quite provocatively and may be flirty, but that in no way means she'd jump the bones of every man she sees. I agree, she could definitely be the kind of girl to enjoy sex, but that also doesn't mean she's a slut either. Despites her dress code for work, I can see her to be more of the classy, maybe also a little casual, kind of girl. But that may be just me. As for confidence, I don't think there is a girl more confident than her in the Sonic universe.

Yes, I can't see her doing it with complete strangers either. Besides why would she sleep with strangers when she has two handsome mobians to choose from right there? X3 I do admit, sometimes it could be fun to imagine it the other way, but in a context that it shouldn't be taken seriously. Like a crack fic, for example. I does really I annoy me when people seemed to honestly believe Rouge's character is supposed to be that way. And it's unfortunately not just her clothing and flirty behaviour, but the way her body is shaped that people seemed to think that way. :/
And yes, I do know. She is also the teamleader of Team Dark. There has to be a reason why Rouge can keep those two in check and why they listen to her when they are both obviously more powerful than she is, particularly in the comics, which did get her personality more right than some fans around here. :/

I love her attitude in the Sonic comics! It's probably the most consistent I've seen with her personality. She acts different in each game that SEGA releases, like she has a flip-floppy personality.
In one game she is endearing and cold-hearted in the a different one.
And she has to be pretty tough to keep to keep Shadow and Omega in check. They most certainly weigh her out when it comes to power because as far as I know, Rouge doesn't have any powers. She's just powerful, as in her skills and abilities.

Yeah, I think I love her the most in the comics aswell! X3 She's definitely still a jewel thief searching for the best gem she can find and doing whatever it takes to get it, but she's also not entirely selfish as she does grow concerned for Shadow and pretty much found it insulting when the Commander made that one suggestion in Eclipse's first saga. I like that she isn't just one personality, but an actual complex character. X3 Unlike what some people seem to think, she does genuinely care for her teammates, which was also shown in the games themselves aswell.
But you're right. Her personality there is never consistent. In several games she was shown to be pretty close to Shadow, particularly in the one with Emerl and Sonic '06 and then in 'Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood' she barely seemed to interact with either Shadow or Omega, though she did seem a little worried for the robot.
Oh yeah, Rouge all skill, but not really power or brawn. So she's gotta be an impressive person to be able to get those two powerhouses to listen and respect her authority, particularly since Omega and Shadow both of their own ways of dealing with things and are pretty stubborn about it too.
