While Epitaphe technically never runs out of energy, having more to burn isn't something he'll pass up, especially if that energy comes from a magic user like Yori here who can regularly replenish his magic reserves. The scuffle has been going on for some time now, and though all of his magic has failed him thus far, the Goldyura persists on resisting. It seems now however that Epitaphe has the poor fella on the ropes. He's just mere moments away from being chambered and drained.
