Here is Kashina's younger twin sister.

after Ken Powers's death, Sharon racked with grief over not being able to protect Kashina she left Cyberdyne to the Pussyfoot's Continent and trained under none other than the Hokage of the Pussyfoots herself, Maria the Cat, and worked her way up to second-in-command (hence if Maria died then Sharon becomes Hokage of the Pussyfoots). In the present day, she found the Auqamarine birthstone and got a mission that returns her to Cyberdyne, her former home.

Her outfit is of course the outfit of a high ranking pussyfoots with the gold trim, the paw print on the dress as well as her belt, and the gold plate on her headband. You wondered what happened to Kashina's collar, well Sharon was given it to remember why she was training.

Despite not looking like Kashina, she is her younger twin sister.
