Great job there~ one thing I always try when sick is taking some warm to mildly-hot water, mixing in a little bit of lemon extract/juice, then a tea spoon of honey, mix it all together and sip at it~ it coats your throat, helps with coughs and irritated throats as well as soothe your chest a bit thanks to the warmth <3 get well soon~
