A tickle torture pic with Felix the Pikachu. I decided to go with vines again instead of feathers/mechanical style tickling (plants can be much more devious than cold, unthinking machinery... xD). Betting Felix wishes he could send out an electrical burst right now, unable to due to the ticklish vines rendering him unable to pretty much do anything but laugh. Maybe they'll get tired soon... xP
