I absolutely love pieces that I just get lost in and lose all sense of time, space, and self. Pieces like this are like a little bit of Art Therapy where you can clear your mind and just let an idea form. This particular brilliant idea was coaxed out by my dear friend
Hybernation
Hybernation
for a commission of her character Vega the Star Maker. When she gave me free reign to do what I would with her, entrusting me with her Celestial Matron, an idea blossomed instantly in my head. Whispered to me by Vega herself. I had only a glimpse at first but as I listened it started to take form much like a constellation from the stars in the firmament. A goddess in every sense of the word, a Celestial embodiment of the Universe itself. The "birth" of a galaxy, the breath of "life" creating stars, the contemplation of the final moments of matter falling into a black hole, "death".

*blushing!*

I was inspired by Hybernation and I am glad we could pass that inspiration off to you.  It was a very special piece for both of us and I am happy it was able to reach out to some people.
