They say the InterTwine Forest used to all be underwater and this is one section that stays drenched. The pure water allows unusual plants to grow.

Background/History
The DeepSea Forest is a forest which has been submerged in the sea for some time. Some believe that The Forest of Re-Creation, InterTwine Forest and this forest where all part of the same forest at some point before being split over time by the land and/or by our civilisations being built. Either way, this forest has been here for a long time. Although it seems to be slowly being taken over by the sea, the trees have actually adapted to the environment and show no signs of dying off but in fact may be growing further. This is a rare case of a non-magic plants changing into magical plants. This area fascinates scientists. It is also the source of many souvenirs and rare fish which help the nearby sea towns income as a holiday resort for many years and may be the reason it is so large and prosperous today.
World/Setting
This is the 5th area in the world of my work in progress game MEGA Craft (in game world name not confirmed yet). It is a world dominated by 3 intelligent creatures. The ponies, the wolfs and the dolphins (actual names pending). The ponies are warriors and very brash and aggressive, the wolfs are hunters which prefer using archery and traps and the dolphins are uppity mages. The world is covered with magical creatures and is dominated by the concept of crafting and collecting. One's value is associated with what they can craft and the places they have been to achieve those fetes or at least that is what you think. You are one of the 3 dominant species who is fed up of its normal farming life and goes on a quest to become the best crafter there has ever been.
Body
The DeepSea Forest is a small forest of bluish green but otherwise normal looking trees which somehow can live within the sea water like land trees. The trees cause the water there to be breathable by land creatures as well as sea creatures with magic. These trees are surrounded by mossy rocks, fish and many types of colourful coral and sea sponges. There is a section at the end of the upwards path which has a hill tall enough to be out of the water at the top where you can fish for sea creatures. There is also a fallen pirate ship at the end of a path to the right. Monsters live in the clearings in-between the trees and corals.
