Inferno heard the sound of his alarm go off, it was seven in the morning on August 14th. He sat up and yawned, seeing his fix husband asleep beside him. He smiled at the man and lightly got out of bed as to not disrupt him, and went to shower. Inferno went through a list in his head many times, he had some
Ideas as to what he wanted to do for Chris on his anniversary. After his shower inferno made his way down to the kitchen and opened up the fridge, looking in 'hmm what to make for him.' Inferno browsed the fridge until he decided to make up some eggs and bacon for him. Inferno took the eggs and started to cook them, and put the strips of bacon into the oven to let them get nice and crispy. The big dragon wolf smiled brightly as he cooked, thinking about how his marriage had already lasted two years. 'Two years, that's quite a while, time feels like it's gone so fast though.' He said to himself as he made up a tray with a bowl of eggs, a plate of bacon, a glass of orange juice. He walked with the tray up to his bedroom and smiled seeing his husband start to slowly away, seeing him yawn and rub his eyes. Inferno walked up and set the tray beside him 'morning handsome.' He said as he gave him a kiss on the lips.
Chris smiled at him and saw the breakfast 'aww Hun, you didn't have to get up and make me breakfast, you already work so hard, don't push yourself.' He said as he looked at the dragon wolf. Inferno smiled at his husbands concern and sat beside him 'hey I enjoy doing this, I love making sure you and the kids have food on the table when you get home, I enjoy making sure that you're all happy. Don't be so concerned about me, I do it because I love it.' He said as he let Chris eat. The fox chuckled softly as he ate, he was always worrying about his husbands Health but wasn't ever upset to see him so happy, but he never knew how someone as little as inferno had such a big heart, he smiled at the shorter dragon wolf and kissed his cheek.
Inferno smiled at that 'enjoying the food honey?' He asked as he sat back. Chris didn't speak since his mouth was stuffed, but he just nodded and smiled as he ate. He swallowed and relaxed 'whatever you make is delicious babe, that's one of the many reasons I love you.' He told his mate and let him take the tray back. 'So what's on the agenda today?'
'Well that's a surprise, let's just say I have a big day planned.' He smiled as he moved the tray to their side. 'And what about the kids? Babysitter, something?'
'Oh don't worry, I asked Calvin and Kevin to watch the kids, they're out of our hair for the day.' Inferno smiled as he stood. Chris smiled and went to shower, taking a quick one so he could go with inferno to get the day started. He walked out and saw inferno getting his boots on and grinned, going to get dressed. Once ready, the duo walked out of the door with a grin upon both their faces. Inferno lifted Chris onto his back and spread his wings, flying off towards the first location. He landed at the nearby park and let Chris down, the fox look around curiously 'the park? What's the big surprise here?' He asked and looked at inferno.
'I wanted to start the day off with a little stroll through the park, and then maybe go from there.' He smiled and started to walk beside Chris. The fox smiled at inferno, seeing how he had planned very minor details for their anniversary but knew all together he had a big plan on what he wanted to do. He wrapped an arm around his husband and walked with him, smiling the whole way. Inferno looked around happily as they had a peaceful walk through the park. 'So what's after this inferno?'
'I was thinking we could see a movie, go dancing at the ballroom, and maybe a bit more at home.' He smiled. Chris nodded as they got to the end of the park. He watched as inferno already spread his wings once more and got onto his back, he nodded and flew off towards the movie theater to spend his day there with Chris.
-a few hours later-
Inferno walked from the theater with a stretch. He was tired suddenly but smiled none the less. Chris checked the time and saw it was already noon. He took infernos paw and started walking home 'Hun let's just forget the dancing, you're tired, and I'm fine just spending time at home with you.' He said and walked with his mate home. Inferno nodded as he said that and grinned as they walked, leaning against the fox slightly. Chris leaned in and kissed him as they walked 'I'll never let you go Hun, you're the cutest, most trusting man and I love you for that.' Chris said as they got to the house, from there, their night would only get better.
