Working on another, learning to draw different proportions and a scenery later to be added as well as the accessories Dilban usually wears.

Thoughts?

EDIT: Finished it, made minor tweaks and experimented with soft shading, I'm really happy with the results!

It's pretty good. I like how you did the eye with shading in a way that indicated translucency.

One thing I noticed is that the wings appear a little straighter than usual - the inside lower edge, in particular, which is important for givintg it the impression of a wing than a kite. In this sense it appears more like a digimon version - more constructed than organic.

The feet and their shading are likewise more square than in the canon, where they are aerodynamically rounded (like a mew's paws). The ears may also be a little short, but maybe it's a young one. :-D

As their body is tilted to the right, as indicated by his stance, having the wing attachments tilted slightly to the left makes the character look unbalanced. I feel kinda like the entire right wing should be rotated a tad clockwise and be attached lower down. Similarly the right arm is awkward and feels a bit "pipey" and undeveloped compared to the left, should maybe be further up with more of it hidden (partially?) by the wing.

Both the arms are a tad off-model because they're "meant" to simply appear out of the front-side of the body, with the back smoothly connecting up to the neck, so they would be largely invisible here, rather than being attached to shoulders which provide a "bump" - but maybe that's what you were going for (anthro-flygon!).
