Oy, ho hoy~... getting this out took FOREVER, when I wanted to make the genie-like
appearance prettier on a presentable, new hair-style.
Not only this, the thought to create a Ice Genie got me thinking like crazy.
NO ONE ever does the ideas.
Ya see Fire Genies quite a lot, or some of them around,
such as (to a degree) Shantae and (described in fan-art) her mother.
Or, the typical Djinn who blasts by flame magic to show whatever prowess may vary.
Not forgetting freaking Jafar, if I remember right. :V

At the beginning, my decision got challenging, but I like what promising fun in element I picked out. ^^
The cute pose is from Sailor Mercury and the hair is inspired from Kris.
Two of the very few female characters I like.
I figured Kris has a convincing Ice-type hairdo to base off, from.
Annnnd, knowing full dang well Mercury freezes things marvelously, tallied further ideal urges.
Instead of pony-tail whips, it's pony-tail smacks. HEE heh heh... fun's not over, yet!

Ice to three other types really aids parts of weakness problems, because I'm not comfy getting
x4 smashed out of nowhere when gauntleting though troublesome places like a Battle Frontier.
Being nearly about anti-everything, masterfully can take hits,
while striking first shall make lots of 'mons quiver in every bone.
Time to break the Anything Goes-tier competitive limits into diamond dust. XD
