Hey! Meek's cosplaying as one of my all time favourite pieces of fanservice, Yoko Litner from the anime Gurren Lagann. The anime is pretty out there if you haven't seen it, especially the second half of the season. Still, it's a great one!

I wouldn't know, personally, but according to Wikipedia it's modeled after a Barrett M82. Given the pictures I've seen, it looks to be right.
