the green stuff on his back right leg is a crystal ectoplasm  very hard to make it keeps his mind and free will to be suppressed like how has a powerfull weapon whith no way of controling it

info; form whith in the flash he was beeing shown images viose confinding him to obay as he grows in the cryopod giving him prototype armor that can cloak  he even remember where the tracking beacon is when he was in full form he disobeyed order and was attacked whith a crystal ectoplasm that suppresses his mind and makes him obay the orders of loivissa.
