Commissions are accepted randomly depending on my mood (Sorry about that. I simply found out that if I force myself it just takes forever to do them). And I also have troubles drawing the same things over and over again (such as comics and picture series) and so might decline a commission because of that.
I usually show a low res preview of each phase of drawing to the commissioner. Payment happens after I am all done.

Since there has been confusion, I revamped my Commission descriptions. The prices did not change! I am just trying to make it more clearer and give new options!
BASE PRICE: All prices are per character in the picture! ..$5 – Messy Sketch: A sketch without the constructions lines erased $10 – Clean Sketch: Basically crude lineart $15 – Sharp Lineart: This lineart only varies in thickness, but not transparency. $15 – Soft Lineart: This lineart varies mostly in transparency, but not as much in thickness.
Modifier for colors: ..+$5 – Sloppy color fill: Generous splashes of colors without staying within lineart. +$10 – Flat color fill: Lineart filled with flat colors.
…+$5 – Simple Shading: To give the picture some 3D effect. Nothing too elaborate here. +$10 – Shading: More effort is put into details of the shading.
Modifiers for backgrounds: +$5 for simple things such as a chair or other objects Much more for complicated things such as detailed vehicles, city scapes, etc… But that has to be decided on individual basis.
Special Modifiers: ..+$5 – For unusual anatomy such as extra limbs, wings and similar +$10 – For very complex fur patterns and/or tattoos ..+$5 – For content I don’t feel as comfortable with (hard to exactly pin that down: watersports would be something like that) ..+$5 – For humans. I don’t hate drawing humans, but I am simply not as good at it and it just takes longer to draw humans. ..+$1 – For every 5 floating cocks
Discount Modifiers: Minimum price for 1 commission is $5 so if you would reduce the price below that you have to upgrade some other quality to get back to $5. ..–$5 – Important parts of a character are covered and I don’t have to draw them (Head, Hands or Feet) –$10 – Large parts of the character are covered (such as upper or lower torso) ..–$5 – Simple character design/style (such as Chibi’s, MLP, certain pokemon/digimon, etc…) ..–$5 – I like the fetish or the idea a lot ..–$5 – Picture includes one my own characters
Special Options (no cost): – Colorfill to separate character from background. Is neat for busy images. – Colored lineart. Lineart can be any color you like. Even different colors for each character. – Background pattern/color. Yes, you get to choose the color of your background! Also simple patterns are possible. – Traditional. If you like I can also draw using real pencils and paper. Costs are approximately the same. – There is no price for content. No matter if its porn or other stuff all costs the same.
No Draw: – Things I absolutely will not do is scat and gory stuff. We can talk about the rest, but I reserve the right to decline a commission because of content. – Private commissions. Everything I draw will (much likely) also be posted in various galleries. I draw, because I like showing my work to people. Unless you lure me with tons of money I won't do private commissions.
