Just a small software update today, but an important one!
We now accept Mastercard as a payment method. You can pay for purchases and donations via Visa or Mastercard now without having to have an Alertpay Balance.
We have added a new Security feature that allows you to view the entire site in Encrypted mode. For the technically minded, this means SSL security, site-wide. Not just on certain sensitive pages.
Using this fully encrypted mode is recommended any time you are using a wireless or untrusted connection, or a public computer. You should definitely use this mode if you are at conventions, which are notorious places for your network traffic to be monitored and accounts hijacked.
To use this extra security, just tick the checkbox option when you log in.
