Just fixed two Friend-feature-related bugs...
* Friends-only submissions will now correctly increase your Unread Submissions count (assuming you are a friend of the person who posted it).
* Nuking all Unread Notices will now nuke Friend Requests properly.
Sorry for any confusion these caused!
