I am hanging out with my friends and we started talking about children, and it lead to us reminiscing about the times we were kids, and I realized it was a lot simpler and a lot of fun. You had limited internet, and video games, and you played outside all the time. We fought with each other out of nowhere, for fun or to get a point across, but nobody ever got hurt. School was fun because we had recess all the time. Nobody was considered different unless they had a visible flaw. We would ride our bikes everywhere, and if we rode 5 miles, we wouldn't even be able to tell. Why did all this shit have to be introduced and make our lives worse? Why did we have to grow up? WHY CAN'T THINGS BE SIMPLE AGAIN!?
The reason why is because someone has to keep this world running, and although we fuck up, we make the best of it. The gears keep turning, and things will eventually be simple again, but this time, on force.
