Once more unto the breach! - -- - -- ~ -- - -- - January to March: - Plan out next book (This HAS to happen). Done. - Keep sketching. Eyup. - Bring more sketches to completion. Surprisingly, yes. - Submit said artwork to more places. Not so much. Just the standard places (Tumblr and the archives).
The first quarter of 2013 has been slightly nuts for me. Biff the Vampire Book 2 dropped in February. I dropped some some fat cash on a tablet I can draw on which seems to have rekindled my want to draw stuff like a madman again. Stretched myself a bit on Biff by flexing a bit with better backgrounds, more details and visual effects. Still a bit weak in those respects but hey? Last year, I wasn't even thinking about doing that sort of thing! So far, the only downside from those three months was not being as prepped as I figured I was when the snowstorm knocked the power out. o.O
Gotta' keep this going.
