I'm chatting a little but only because I'm so pent up trying to handle studio business, the pressure and the workload . Please, a little sympathy for the artist attempting to launch a cartoon and an artbook simultaneously... Commissions would buckle me if I put the 8+ hours they all need altogether. I have 15 of them.
I only take them because otherwise we cannot make incidental purchases of any kind or pay bills and I'm doing studio work and an artbook for the same reason. Please understand I work very hard, around 12 hours a day, and I do my best... so even a flippant remark can be a stinging reminder that I'm at my limit.
