Did ever happened to you that yours or a friend art or character got stolen?

Yesterday for example, I saw a commission of a character that actually belonged to another artist in his pixiv account. That made me really angry, I can't believe there are people like that
Please stop stealing art! Be original!

Could you tell me your story about it?

acualy wasent me but my pet we wer surfing furry pics on secondlife market and one of her chars wer in a pack of pics and i know she never oked the pic the user is now baned for theft

I had someone steal and try and change the coloring of my marriage proposal pic I had commissioned from a good friend of mine. They tried to change the color and call the art original and there's behind my back. I was sooooooo freaking pissed, you have no idea. And this same person was trying to become friends with me and my husband at the same time. Let's just say they got an earful and was immediately blocked from all messengers.

Well this person wasn't really a close friend or even in the friend status. This person was just trying to get friendly with us to get more popular since my husband and I had quite a few watchers at the time. So it's not like it was a tough decision to remove them from our messengers. This person also was stealing art from a lot of other artists as well like Inuki from FA.

I would like to have their emails so I could scare them into thinking they have a huge lawsuit up their ass. I could pull it off but I would need their emails to make it look official and such. It really sucks.
