Those who know me, recall I had some health issues the last few months (which began in March). I had surgery in April, and overall things seem to be progressing fine.
Numbers and exams are normal so far, but in the last exam I was asked what I took for pain? Pain I thought? Haven't really had any since about 2 weeks into the April surgery.
Over-the-counter stuff (Advil mostly) I said. Didn't think anything of it... until this weekend. Whether it was triggered by an outing that had cold enough weather for my body to start shivering to stay warm (and I was bundled up too) or maybe some kind of internal ligament/muscle strain I induced is not known.
But, now I've got this odd ache in the area where surgery was done. Not... pain so much as... well...
Ever have that flushed feeling after having something run through you after you ate it? it's sort of like that.
A dip in my gym's hottub helped, but now it's back. I'm sure it will clear up. Everything else is fine, and the likelihood of my medical problem returning is like << 5% (or 1 : 50,000).
But, it's not fun (and I am a worry wart at times).
Just have to grin and bare it I suppose.
