Oh, and I'm a part of the staff: I'm in charge of the convention book. Arguably the most important job; without a proper conbook, attendees would riot and the convention would crumble.
I'm also the Norwegian ambassador for the convention. Which basically means I try to promote the convention in the Norwegian community when and where it's convenient, keeping people updated on any relevant news, passing on any questions and concerns the Norwegians might have, and trying to help make the convention as "Norwegian friendly" as possible.
Other than that, I do offer my input on certain things, share thoughts and ideas when I can, and suggest possible events and panels. Like having a reverse fursuit parade: have non-fursuiters walk in a parade, with the fursuiters standing by the sidelines, filming and taking pictures. Let the non-fursuiters get some love and attention for a change!
It's going to be fun! (Even if it there will, no doubt, be a fair number of Swedes there.) And I hope you can come. Yes, you! No, not you; the guy next to you. The guy with the sombrero and silk scarf. Yes, him. Oh, but if you want to come too, that would be great! The more the merrier.
