Question

A year or two ago, I bought digital versions of the latest Rocketship Rodents and Professor Chronofur comics off of Rabbit Valley, since I had the other issues digitally or bought by-hand, but after a hard drive crashed wiped out most of my collection, and I couldn't find any place that had them available for download again, I sold my physical copies of the latest Genus Male issues, and now I want to do the same with my RR and PC digital copies. However, I'm not sure if I'm even allowed to do so, let alone how much I should sell them for. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks.

In the USA I think it depends on the license saying it's a transferable - or apparently not in this case (as opposed to the first-sale doctrine for physical goods), while in the EU there's a ruling that such licenses are transferable, regardless of the opinion of the licensee.

You could always ask them, of course. But they might say no.
