I know some people have been waiting months, some even years for what I owe them. That is not okay. I messed up. I took on too much. It is still my job to make sure I fix the mess I made. So please, please, please let me know if I ever accepted something you wanted done.
Please be honest, and if you're mad with me for forgetting, I really hope you'll forgive me and have some mercy. I'm only human guys and no where close to perfect.
