As many as of you know probably at this point, Piczel has now banned depictions of under aged characters in adult situations. Now, I wasn't really going to make a journal but I figured I may as well give you what I will try to do.
I'm really upset that we helped prop up the site, all the cub/loli/shota artists, and now because they needed a host to run their site, the hosts didn't want anything as controversial as under aged characters. As hurtful as this is that they more or less snubbed the base, I completely understand their decisions. I just wish they would've tried harder to find another hosting site. Once again we were shoved to the side for our choice in art.
My plan forward is, since I still have a premium left, I'm going to stream privately. Talking to Twots (the owner of the site) I saw a little wink and nod that as long as someone doesn't rat me out I should be fine for some time. But I'm only going until the premium runs out. After that I think I may just switch to Picarto. I know the rules there are the same but it seems like you can get away with it so long no one reports you. I've seen quite a few cubs there.
So, yeah... I'm disheartened about the knife in the back, but did what they had to do. I only wish them luck in the future (their gonna need it).

It's a really bad policy to put in a rule to satisfy hosts and advertisers, and then not actually enforce it. If this is true, I could see this being very bad for the site in the future when their advertisers or hosts pull out.

I think you mean HicceArs -- it is actually based in Spain as far as I know, but was started by a bunch of Asian shota artists who didn't like the censoring rules on Pixiv, so you'll see a lot of Japanese and Korean descriptions.
