I've enjoyed a LARGE number of voice actors/actresses throughout my life. And sadly, one who's been around a LONG time, June Foray, has passed away at the age of 99. Just about 8 weeks shy of reaching 100.
Most well known for her roles a Rocky the Flying Squirrel and Natasha Fatale of Rocky and Bullwinkle fame, she's also played such iconic characters as Tweety Bird's Granny and Witch Hazel of Looney Tunes, and Ma Beagle and Magica DeSpell of Ducktales. She's certainly had the longest active career of voice acting I've ever seen. From 1937 to 2014, she's used her talent for voicing in practically all known forms of media throughout the years: Radio, theatrical shorts, feature films, television, record albums, video games, even talking toys.
She was truly an actress worth great praise for all she's done, and will certainly be missed...
