Incest tag on Secret Utopia?

Hello there watchers! I'm in sort of a conundrum here. So, someone on sofurry said that Secret Utopia; Tutorial, is missing the incest tag. I said that there wasn't penetration or dick to genitalia involved, it was just some fingers touching a vagina. But it got me thinking. How far should it go to involve the incest tag? would kissing be applicable? would it be a prerequisite to putting the incest tag on it? I want to hear what you have to say!

*Chimes in on ancient journal* I like to err on the side of caution. I always advocate for proper keywording, especially since it might encourage more websites to use keywording and ban lists practices as IB does. It's a fantastic system.

IMHO, if the interaction is intended in a sexual way, then I would tag it as incest. Obviously, a peck on the cheek between brother and sister, that's not incest. If they start to hardcore make out, that would be. There's no 'taboo' against a quick kiss, but there is for full on snogging. It's the taboo/fetish nature of it that makes it so.

I haven't read the story in question, but in general most situations where fingers are on genitalia (barring things like a parent assisting or cleaning a child in a completely non sexualized way, etc) would be considered a sexual situation, or at least mature. There's just usually not another reason to have your hands down there on someone's junk!

Erring on the side of caution harms no one- if they don't care about the tag, then they won't care either way, and you spare those who are likely to have issues with it, assuming they are properly using the keywords to begin with.

I don't know nothing about Secret Utopia. But, I have seen the incest tag on drawings that involve nothing more than mutual nudity, no sex, no touching, no kissing, nothing more than mutual nudity. So, I don't know.
