Yes, it turns out that the book is every bit as awful as the movie, and some quotes are hilarious.

I don't know why in this crazy universe valets masturbate their masters, why bad servants get "punctured" and how that works, or why the children are apparently cannibalistic, but I know one thing: this is one of the most hilarious mental images I've had, ever.

I am half-seriously considering to commission something based on this but I am not sure where to start. A comic page, perhaps.

The problem with doing it properly is that I would have to read a chunk of it first. Or perhaps it would be better without, and just get whatever my imagination conjures from those words drawn. It could be funnier this way.

Any ideas?
