Basically, she's yours as much as anyone else.
Any art/story's you get for her belong to you (unless you give out permission to others). Same goes for me, I need permission to upload any art you get for her, but I'll happily credit and at least see it!
You can: give her other outfits, RP with her, Get art of her etc. Reüpload/Use the official ref sheet from my page:
You can NOT: Change her design & personality, or "steal" art others get of her, unless they give you permission for it.
All you have to do:
Credit me for the design, Follow the rules (Description of her Ref-sheet).
