As for me, I started to eat a little healthier, drink less alcohol and doing some fitness exercises since two years now (when it´s not too hot), like 22 push-ups like this guy and 60 knee-bends. :-) Also I got me a nice and shiny 5kg-dumbbell for two exercises for the biceps (30 on one arm, than switch to the other while the used one rests) and for the side muscles of the body (20 per arm) in four runs all in all. Every time a well spent hour. Push-ups and knee-bends daily, dumbbells two times a week. I had never regret it. :-)
I´m not telling this to brag. I´m doing these exercises because I plan to still do my shopping in another fourty years on my own feet, using my arms and legs to carry the load to my home instead of one of these things.
