Rest in Peace Peter Sallis

The man responsible for bringing the cheese loving inventor Wallace from the Aardman stop-motion animations Wallace and Gromit to life has just passed away. He will be greatly missed T.T

I've seen him in more than just Wallace and Gromit, and I can confirm he will be dearly missed.

Of course. A lot of people (especially in the UK) will also remember him in Last of the Summer Wine.

Aye, we do. He certainly had a good innings. Gonna have to get myself some Wensleydale in his memory.

I honestly never have had Winsleydale and I'm quite the cheese fan

I can't remember what it's like myself, I remember it's a bit crumbly though. Not good for melting, better for biscuits.

yea, I usually prefer a good thick cheese that you can slice into little flat squares for crackers.

Thanks to Chicken Run, I was able to learn about Wallace and Gromit and enjoy those more cause it was from the same creator, Nick Park.

The one I like best is the one when Wallace and Gromit went to the moon, and encountered that silly robot made from a vending machine.

Ah yes, "A Grand Day Out" The very first Wallace and Gromit short film. Mine would definitely have to be The Wrong Trousers with the Penguin who disguised himself as a chicken using only a rubber glove on his head XD
