Getting charged for the same bill twice shouldn't be a thing, but to make sure costs are covered they're asking for some up-front payments on commissions. I don't normally condone this, but I'm going to make blatant exceptions for my friends, because that's just the kind of guy I am.
So, if you don't mind that sort of deal and a bit of a wait, go for it. Anything helps.
