so recently my laptop which I do most of my web surfing on and youtube watching has started to randomly freeze on me, example would be Id have a few pages up loading a youtube video page and t gives me the recovery option cause the page froze on me and if I click the button to recover but deiced I don't want to do it any more and I try and close out the page will freeze or It will just randomly freeze from time to time, and when it does I have to hold the power button down until it restarts as the laptop is completely frozen and im not quite sure why its doing this or how fix it
