Drawing Sexual Interactions Between Cartoons

I promised I'd post more journals so here I am, chit-chatting over non important stuff with you, my beloved followers, hoping you'll read some of my banter!

I'm no stranger to drawing fictional characters having sex, showing their hot bits and such, but in the years I kind of grown out of it. Actually, I slowly realized that it was never about the sex. I was never "sexually attracted" to cartoons, never felt the need to see them getting down to business, I just like putting them in situations. Some are adult and actually cater to my own personal tastes (bondage and such) but that's it, I don't feel the need to go beyond that!

I find it interesting because I've seen many discuss about wanting to stick their dick in them and stuff like that (I don't judge you if you're among those people, do whatever you want with that dick of yours, as long as you don't hurt anyone. Not with the dick. With your sexual tastes. I mean unless it's consensual... But even then if it's too much try not to? God these things are so complicated I'm going off onto a darn tangent, back to the point) or wanting to specifically see them having sex.

I always kind of didn't want that and it's partially a surprise to me because not long ago it would have been otherwise. I could hardly draw a picture without dicks hanging about and tits flopping around and stuuuuff. But that was when I was surrounded by friends who deeply loved that and I kind of felt involved into their tastes by Drawing their fursonas doing that stuff. See? Fursonas are involved, they're much different from fictional characters because they represent the person behind the screen and there's a whole new sexual charge behind it.

But by myself when I draw, I don't know, a cartoon character with a ball-gag just randomly posing? That's pretty much it. That's the fun. I don't need to give her/him nipples and other explicit organs, that's where the whole "excitement " is to me. Of course there ARE exceptions and I do like drawing females and males interacting a certain way, but sex is always quite secondary!

I found myself thinking about this because I've been adviced to draw more penetrations and I found myself having trouble doing it. I don't have trouble executing it, I just don't feel that natural inclination towards it that I see in other artsts! Don't fret, I'll do it more even if it's just to go beyond my comfort zone, just a little fun fact I wanted to share.

Sorry it's very long, but it was quite hard to explain this in english XD I hope it wasn't too boring! Thanks a lot for your time, I love ya all <3

Sexually inclinated art where there's actual intercourse... for many beyond what they may see it as or mention 'I wanna fuck it' it usually comes down to something more simple yet broader: "its hot". Regardless of the character, species (if any) -- its why people can fantasize and think sexually about anything that can or can't exist. anyway

It's sexual in nature and it pushes that front on the idea that it plays on things they find aesthetically pleasing. Sex in this way helps push that fold even more because for many people it is THE intimate action. So in a fantasy situation; the whole self-insert scenario is rampant and because obviously it's not going to happen, so it makes it even more lustful of a scenario because you know it's never going to happen between "you" and XYZ however the fact that you can think about it and see it depicted makes it even better in some way. It keeps the "magic" going and the lust flowing even harder.

The reason I particularly said that 'it would be neat' if you did draw sexual intercourse is because...well; it is what it is to me in this instance -- it would actually be really neat [hot] if I could see your drawings actually depict something... a little more, and I feel that given your expressions and scenes you draw it wouldn't be TOO strange of a thought to see them doing something more; but that's your prerogative if you think otherwise.

The things you draw are sexual in nature but its just 'what if the envelope was pushed more?' and that's what I'd love to see from you. I have to pressure that I hope you don't take it as offensive like 'well I only see XYZ so wheres the ABC stuff', just moreover simply 'it would be neat to see you push that envelope' because you have mentioned before "what would you like to see" and that is it from me. But again that is YOUR right to not find sex between illustrated depicted characters aesthetically pleasing and it's your right if it makes you feel uncomfortable to draw it and you don't want to do it in the end.

I could deep-dive this even more leaning towards art theory and psychology but i'll leave it where it is; cheers~

Hoy man, I hope you didn't take it personally! I perfectly understand what you mean and I don't dislike people who like certain things, I too like them! I just found it interesting that I personally had troubles actually doing them and that I could actually do without, especially considering all the sexual intercourse I have drawn in my life! Man, I loved your posts and encouragement and I took them dearly, hence why I'm trying in the first place, really!

It's just because explaining it was so hard for me in the first place, because language barriers and all, that it appears to be directly headed towards you and all the people who suggested me to get a little more spicy, something I have absolutely NOTHING against! I still want to go beyond my comfort zone, I still think that drawing characters having certain interactions is also a good training and I still thing that, even if people do like the idea of actually having sex with them, it's all good.

I'm really sorry if this came through like an attack or something offensive on your part or anyone else, really, that was never my intention, I just wanted to share an interesting fact I discovered about myself. I hope I explained myself a little better this time >_<

Taking it personally? tbh I have no reason to take it personally lol; I was merely elaborating my stance and the general 'why' people would find it hot cause I personally was one of the people that mentioned 'hey draw some sex'

afaik I have no idea if you've ever drawn sexual art ever since I just recently stumbled upon your art and your tumblr. however you came off as if you were displeased aesthetically to the idea of sexual intercourse between illustrated characters and I was curious as to why the extra step wasn't taken, hence the elaboration I felt was kinda necessary.

also nah i didnt take it as an attack, it came off as if you were a bit confused as to how people find these things arousing while saying its fine if that they feel that way, in reference to those that do like the stuff.

I feel like I should apologize if I came off as hostile in some way? Forgive me for that! When im being informative to those I don't personally know I guess I kinda come off as curt rather than informal and relaxed, but s'all good -- and I understand the language barrier; I don't speak Italian but you seem to have a very firm grasp of english, but if something from me comes off as 'hazy' because it seems like im mad or such; dont worry about it, im just talking generally, dw about it lol

either way i'll still be here waiting to see the art you post! I look forward to it all and I do hope when you make more sketch filled canvases from your streams and such... you continue to post them in their entirety! Or at least put the full thing somewhere just in case you don't want to select individual images and then save them and post them that way.
