Thanks to all of you who posted Comments onto my Demo/PoC and gave feedback on what you thought about it as a platform.
Interactive stories are something I've wanted to do for a while because I've always aspired to visual novels and I enjoyed Corruption of Champions for what it was, rather than the content. Whilst I would like to make a RPG-based game with stats and all that, I think the key isn't to aspire to be big, but to start small and build up.
With the amount of positive assurance on Twine as a platform for making interactive smut stories like the Demo, I'm confident that I could push it out into being something I do on the side along with all the stories I work on, or even as a substitute.
If you're curious about what I might do with it, then I'll tell you:
I plan to make a Game based upon the 'The Forest of Madness', a short story I wrote involving a cub who was molested, and then blessed, by a Forest God. Whilst the story doesn't actually pertain to what powers he receives, I can tell you now that he gains dominion over Creatures, like a Beastmaster. I plan to put out a second story to explain it more it detail (it's like, a month late ;; ) but in the meantime, that's the aim of the Game itself.
I plan to do a inventory alongside a character creator for Cub characters as a whole, rather than spanning up to adult. The game itself would be mostly Zoophilia-focused, and I'm looking to add in variables based upon abilities you might acquire through the game that might make certain encounters more...well, raunchy.
That's the plan, anyway.
I didn't get into this all on my own, however. I was first introduced to Twine by my friend,
Viperious, who has given me a lot of advice over the past few months that I've gotten to know him. He has a major project coming up using Twine as well, so he could really do with your approval!
That's all for now. I still plan to put out stories and such, so a demo for the upcoming story might not be for a while, but stayed tuned regardless.
