I'm not much into making journals but it's best if I put something up about this: right now I'm only posting art here on inkbunny and on twitter (by the way I have a twitter https://twitter.com/00bounds ).
I'm fine with people posting stuff to social media sites and to e621, though it's only decent that they at least mention who drew it. But if anyone else is claiming to be me, feel free to report them and link them to this journal if you want. I tried to report some deviantArt guy and they just sent me automated responses, and I honestly don't care enough.
Also, thanks everyone for the watches and comments! I'm always happy to see that people like these things I draw, even though I feel like I don't know what I'm doing half the time.
Most of the time the point of art archive sites is to provide art in a searchable database like format and give sources. Least, this is the aim of e621, anyway.

I so love your art, Oob! But I've got a really critical question that the answer to it has eluded me for since I've been watching you. How did you come up with your name?Oob

Yeah, it annoys me when I find art I really like and there is no artist source. Have you considered putting an artist tag in the corner of your stuff? I mean, just if unsourced reposting really bugs you.

Honestly it doesn't personally annoy me that much, but if I have to talk about reposting art then I think I have to say it. The thing that annoys me most is people that try to take credit for it, and in that case I either add an easily removable signature or an intrusive watermark, so, ehh...
