TMI Tuesday

Heyoo, seems like this week went by faster than I'd thought! So it's Tuesday once more, that means TMI journal again XD Same as always, I'll ask, then you ask XD

I figured, since it's just been revealed we'll have a custom OC creator in the newest Sonic game, what your thoughts on that? I think it'll either be REALLY good, or rather bad, depending on how they handle this. I'm cautiously optimistic about it XD Either way though, I have NO doubt that the fandom is gonna be flooded with new OCs once it's out lmao X'D

Same as with every game that gives me a character creator, I'll be on a quest to make the stupidest, ugliest motherfucker I possibly can. I'm already afraid of the incoming deluge of uninspired OCs.

Would you ever make a career out of writing, or would you rather avoid the stress and keep it a hobby?

LOL, it's kinda funny, cuz in games like Skyrim, Mass Effect, ect, I always try to make them look good, but in stuff like fighting games with Character Creation, I'll put in a mix of cool (imo) and ridiculously ugly ones X'D Yeah, the flood, it be a coming XD I'm hoping it's a VERY robust character creator, or there will only be a few things that EVERYONE uses, and then people will be shouting "Hey, your character is a ripoff of my character, even though in the game it's a finite set of clothes, species, and abilities, and there can only be a small set of truly unique characters!"

I don't think I could cut it as a career writer! Dealing with all that publisher meddling, deadlines, getting kidnapped by Annie Wilkes and getting hobbled, I don't think I'd handle it really well X'D However, I know that some authors who write in their spare time, like me, have self published their stuff as e-books for Kindle on Amazon... that might be something I'd be interested in trying out, but I'd never want to write fiction as a mainstream author XD I think it might end up actually stifling my creativity, and make me dislike writing, which would be a bummer lol

I used to try and make my characters as cool as possible, but soon realized that I wouldn't even notice their features all that well for most of the game, so I decided instead to stick to the novelty of a hideous monstrosity so I can get a good laugh when I do see them. I sometimes forget I made a monster, and it takes me by surprise when I see it in action.

I'm looking forward to it, out of the chance to have a bear character (I really wish they'd bring Bark back) XD. I won't mind the flood of OCs, it'll be interesting to see what people came up with.

Which two characters do you think would be most likely to somehow get coaxed into having public sex XD? Like as a dare or challenge lmao.

I wonder if there will be a ton of options right away, or if you'll have to unlock, or find the coolest stuff in the game world to put on your characters? I'm hoping it turns out well, cuz I'm sure some of the created stuff will be good, but there can only be so many options, which will limit the type of things people can make that don't seem 'samey' as others. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing how this plays out, and hoping for the best XD

Heh, interesting question... hmmmmmmm.... Scourge is one who DEFINITELY comes to mind immediately lmao XD... and I'm tempted to say Sonic for his partner, but that's too obvious, so I think it could end up being Shadow! I can picture Scourge goading Shadow into it, teasing him until he does it just to prove that he can do it XD

OR, maybe Sonic and Espio? OMG, you've just given me such a sexy fic idea now X'D I can see Sonic maybe trying to coax Espio into it, and then Espio, being ever so clever, agrees, to Sonic's surprise; annnnnd, then Espio proceeds to turn invisible and have his way with Sonic, so even though he's ravishing Sonic in public, nobody can see him X'D

I can't waaait!!! I want my oc to run happily and free! :) It has good things and bad things. Good things what i think are people will be creative and creating their own character and perhaps story to themn.

Bad thing i could think of is the whining >~< "my character is best bla bla" and the hyper powers what they created to them. I dont care about those because we always going to have those. But I am excited to see what it can dooo :)

My question for you is: Why Hedgies don't wear pants. Sure they can wear Shirt and jackets buuut why not pants? Owo

Lmao, interesting question X'D Hmm... maybe the pants would slow them down while running XD? Of course, with that same logic, the shirts and jackets would slow them down too X'D... maybe it's because of their big feet? Sonic characters all have pretty large feet, maybe it's a pain to get them into pants? BUT, Rouge wears a spy catsuit, and Blaze wears tights, so that also doesn't make a lot of sense XD... it's a mysteryyyyyyy!

I think the fandom's reactions to this thing are both scary and sad. It's just a new toy to fiddle around with, stop freaking out like it's going to massively change everything one way or another. That said, I look forward to seeing how many of my favorite OCs I can make with this thing...

I'm gonna cheat and ask about that trade we were going to do. You still want to do it? Before you answer... My laptop has cut out on me twice in a week, and I'm currently unsure if it will last much longer. As such, I might ask that you wait for me to complete my end of the trade before starting anything on your end, just in case I can't deliver my end...

Sure, I'll still do the trade with you! I know all about laptop issues, mine seems to run fine one day, and then runs like a drunken snail the next X'D finicky machines, right? I hope you can get a new one!

Blast those excessively lucky sfm people! What's left of my laptop could never run something like that!

I can't ever get a new one -_- I will NEVER have the money... When mine goes, my online life might be over :(
So, yeah, might be best to wait and see if I finish my end before starting anything on your end. That laptop seems to threaten to die around this time almost every year though, so maybe it'll be fine for another year, who knows?

It'd help if you could resend the note with what you wanted; last note got buried under newer messages...lots of newer messages o_O
