Well, there's quite a few reasons for this, but I'll condense it down to the three biggest ones that I can see.
1. I've been sick. >_<
For the last couple of weeks, I've had significant issues regarding my sinuses which have made it hard for me to concentrate on story-writing. I just recently got over this (hopefully for good this time) and just before I started typing this journal, I worked on a story for the first time in nearly a week!
2. It's baseball season. >_<
Those of you who've known me long enough know that every year from April through September that my work schedule is somewhat dependent on the Twins' schedule. This means that I'm working more days during the baseball season, which means less free time to write stories (and I can't bring my laptop with me either). The schedule does relax considerably in June, so hopefully things will pick up then.
3. Too many stories! @_@
There has been no shortage of story ideas that I want to write about (or I've already started writing about). The problem is that there are so many ideas that it is pretty damn hard for me to focus on one idea. This is a problem that has occurred on numerous other occasions and I usually get over it to focus in on a story once I make enough progress with one.
Anyway, that's about all I have to say. I'm going to try to see if I can get something put up here at some point in the next couple of weeks. Hopefully (if there are no more major issues), I'll be able to get more done.
