Dropping one of these before I head out! I ask, you ask! I've gotta preface my question by setting up the scenario;
Lots of workplace drama/bullshit goes on at my job, which is hilarious to me, because if everyone just did their work, this place would be super easy to maintain, and much less stressful for the type of job it is! My bosses display constant incompetence and penny pinching (he, his wife, and a personal friend of his all run the day shift, because he doesn't wanna pay anyone else, we have a small crew always), seeming to not understand or give a damn about what is required of them on their shift... if he wants to take the shift personally (even if it's all about him saving money) then you would think that he would handle all the stuff that a day crew would handle...
...NOT THE CASE here, as instead, they all do the barest minimum, and leave the rest for my shift to handle, which means that we have to do their work, AND our work, and in most cases nowadays, I'm partnered with a lazy motherfucker who I'm AMAZED is still employed here, because everyone hates his guts, and he's caused multiple problems before, which means that when I'm partnered with him, I have to handle day shift's incomplete work, AND night crew work, AND my partner's share of night crew work, doing the jobs of multiple lazy/stupid bastards, for the pay of just one person... so that leads me to my question!
Have any of you guys had to deal with imbecile coworkers or bosses at work, and how did you handle it?
