Heya!!! This is a journal to announce many things.
PATREON GOAL
My patreon has reached the 600 goal!!! I'm using Patreon not with the purpose to be richer, or give exclusive content to those who is giving money, but to support my web-comic Art & Biro
I can say officially that I'll be working on it even faster than before, my promise was to update it biweekly, and I'm trying to advance on it really fast (but without losing quality). I'm really greatful for everyone who has been supporting, even for those who withdrew their support, I can understand perfectly how is this life and of course we can't always be paying for art and artists, as the same I understand my work is a luxory, is nothing that this world really needs. So I'll be eternally greatful with all of them even if you gave 1 dollar, that means lots for me!! <3
And of course I'm also very greatful with all the people I like my work, I'll be always sharing my work to be apreciated as free on my galleries and social networks. All your comments and favorites cheers me up and pushes me to be better each day. As the same as the tons of artists and friends I follow who inspire me.
LIVE STREAM AND RAFFLE
Another promised reward when I reached 600 was to do a raffle for a full digital color illustration. This raffle is only for those who are pledging more than $5 per month. Don't miss it, I'm sure even if you are not part of the Patreon's raffle, you'll have lots of fun there, with not good music but awesome company on the chat, it is always fun. The live stream will last around 6 hours, from 8pm to 2 am. You can join anytime. The raffle will be around 8:30 pm.
ATTENDING BLFC AND ANTHROCON
Yes, as the past years, I'm attending again those awesome conventions.
BLFC (Biggest Little Furry Con) will be definitely a constant furry convention, because is where I can see most of my friends, I have lots of fun there, I love the main hotel with all their activities, and it is really cheap for me to travel to Reno, Nevada.
I'll be part of the artists alley ONLY on friday, this time I'll take only 6 slots at the con but the new thing is that I'll also receive commissions to take home. Because are many of you who are interested on having a pic by me (and I appreciate it as you don't have idea, makes this panda really honored), and only 6 is a few number to embrace all of them. Those commissions will be colored sketches, and if you are one of those who I'll do their sketch at home, it'd be $8 additional for the shipping.
Even if I said last year Anthrocon 2016 was my last Anthrocon ever, it was a lie!! I have a room booked (well, I have a friend who has a room booked and I'm staying with them) and I already registered, and also I applied for a space at Art show, so you'll be seeing some original art by me there for sale.
And also I applied for get a table for the artists alley, they haven't announced who get them yet. But I applied for being there two days, on friday and sunday. Two days of making art, shaking some hands and giving some hugs (Don't be shy to ask for hugs, I'm trying to not be shy anymore). On Sunday (if I get a place for that day) I'll also receive to take home commissions after the 6th slot is taken.
I'm almost sure that this won't be my last Anthrocon, but next year I'm planning to not attend, I'll always want to be back to Pittsburgh, I love that huge convention. But next year on 2018 I want to change my summer american convention for another one, it is probably that will be Megaplex.
And now a topic many people is wanting to read about:
BADGES FOR CONVENTIONS TIME!!
Well, it is not time to accept them yet. After the Inktober challenge commissions from 2016 I realized I could fill 31 spots in just an hour, I was kind impressed. So to avoid surprise openings of commissions, I'm announcing with time that I'll receive badges commissions for the two upcoming big conventions: Biggest Little Furry Con (in Reno, Nevada) and Anthrocon (in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania).
This time I'll only receive 6 (SIX) for each convention!!! Because I still having lots of commissions, drawings, sketches and lots of things to do besides this. So in total I'm only doing 12 for both conventions. (I don't do badges at the con, I can't bring the laminator with me)
Important: Right now I won't take those slots, those will be taken on May 4th at 17:00 (CST)
If you are interested on one, please be ON TIME this next Thursday May 4th at 17:00 CST, probably they will be taken away less an hour.
Rules & Restrictions: ►Only one character (of course, is a badge, why would you want two or more characters on it?) ►Only BLFC and Anthrocon 2017 attendants (sorry, later I'll open for regular commissions, but this time this is very strict, I'll give them personally and this panda would be very sad if you lied and let me wait with your printed badge at conventions forever) ►Can be traditional or digital! :D ($65 traditional and $55 digital) USD ►Digital will be printed double side, that way even if you wear it and your badge begins to spin, never show a blank face ►On May 4th, you'll be in a slot AFTER you paid (if you only send me a note telling me you are interested, but didn't pay on that moment, and suddenly the slots are full, sorry u__u that same happened for inktober's slots, but now I'm announcing with time :D )

Regular online commissions, even for sketches or colored sketches, are not taking anymore, not for this season, I really want to announce them again maybe on September, be on pending of my journals.

Honestly Anthrocon is hard to justify for a lot of us in Europe, because they have fewer direct flights, and if you're not in USAia that might impact you as well. MFF is more convenient that way.
