Have you ever seen your friends change for the worse

I'll call them "Ma" as not to reveal names.

At first Ma was a chill dude. Relaxed, easy going, didn't really make make a fuss about anything. Though slowly over the months ever since he became the sole admin for a chat room I like he's changed.

Going from a "chill out don't make a big deal outta everything" kinda admin when someone made a fuss. To being more of "NO ONE JOKES ALLOWED BECUASE FEELS!!!" kinda guy.

I'm suddenly not allowed to make jokes about a conversation topic about something becuase it hurts someones feewings. Even though the joke isn't aimed at nor about them in anyway and is more about the subject than them.

Becuase this person is too sensitive to shrug off a dumb joke not about them, suddenly my speech is restricted. Yeah fuck that noise. That chat I once liked became a big playpen for sensitive baby cucks.

TL;DR Once cool chill friend became a huge white knight pwotector of feefees.

Seems like society, in general, has been heading that way lately. Everything has to be done with everyone's feelings in mind.

Basically the situation boils down to "becuase over sensitive person takes a joke personally it makes it an attack on them"

I say Ma has a good head washing coming their way. Be nice to him, facing demons is a doozey.

I can kind of understand where they'd be coming from on the situation, as I have a few friends who aren't too tolerant on jokes relating to certain subjects, but they're usually controversial topics anyway... Being overprotective & restrictive like this isn't going to really solve anything either though, just make it harder for said "sensitive baby cucks" to deal with this sort of thing later on; Internet's a wild place, afterall... Just take a look at Tumblr nowadays... Yeesh.
